Reading for many is a way to escape our daily lives, and what's going on in the world. For writers, it's also an escape from the world. A way to express what you feel whether you blog or write fiction. Writing for me has been a creative outlet. It has always been something that kept me going.

I finished Story of My Life by Lucy Score. 3 stars. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't my favorite by her. It's about a romance author in a writing slump after divorce who moves to a small town. I don't know what it was that just didn't do it for me. It took some time to get into it as well.

I've been busy lately and worked a few things behind the scenes. I have created a new Facebook page for my website. There I will share updates on my journey as an author/writer, reflections on writing, and books. I'll also update on my upcoming Etsy shop.
