Do not “what will everyone think?” yourself into a life you do not want. I cannot stress this enough.

I’m also watching my peers fall apart healthwise (and looks wise lmao sorry) in our 40s. Move your body. Go to the doctor. Wear sunscreen. Overhaul your diet. Or pay the debt in the next decade.
