Hyper-V Manager is designed to manage a single system whether it's Windows Client or Windows Server. It always has been. Windows Admin Center vMode is designed to manage virtualization fabric. Night and day difference. 😉

Moving to 32k database pages is done on a forest-wide basis and requires that all DCs in the forest have a 32k page capable database. You must run with Windows Server 2025 FFL/DFL to use this feature.

Moving to a 32k database page format offers a huge improvement in areas affected by legacy restrictions, including multi-valued attributes are now able to hold up to ~3,200 values, which is an increase by a factor of 2.6.
