Oooops, correction, Boudinot did say the quote attributed to him in another book, Star in the West in 1816. I was a little quick on the trigger. It appears that Jenkins lifted Boudinot's work without making it clear it came from him.

Pence quotes John Adams and Elias Boudinot as "the Founders." First mistake. One or two founders don't stand in for all of them or state US policy.
