But the power of perception is useful. For example, Trump reversing on the Epstein files hurt him and the consistent push to release them from dems has gained momentum. Now they are now voting to release them, and it’s bipartisan. That started before we even knew how much he was in them.

To be fair, I think Trump being elected a second time was due to a lot of issues (high inflation, lack-luster performance from Biden, rural refusal to allow a black woman to be president, etc.) but you’re not wrong that the (small) weaponization of the conservative agenda was useless.

IDC if they’re queer, but if it discredits them to their base and exposes their hypocrisy, it’s justified. It’s Tit-for-Tat and isn’t about your actual opinions, it’s about returning the same insult to get better results.

That’s nuanced. Random sexist comments cross the line, but calling out hypocrisy is 100% valid.

E.g. Republicans are notoriously closeted yet demonize the LGBTQ+. IMO, you can’t be queer in hiding and publicly shame others. So if they’re outed, I’ll push that story because they deserve the hate.

Sorry for the loss and bad news. Hoping all the best for your mom! My mom was diagnosed with stage-3 breast cancer a few years ago and it was hard. She did chemo, radiation, and surgery but is in remission. Medicine’s come along way, so hopefully she gets similar results! ❤️
