Adding onto this, the green neon lines really don't help King Halo at all. As for Satono Crown, if her outfit were equivocal shades of green or red, it would rock: blue is NOT her colour

It's not a wild look but honestly, taking a simple style and going whole hog is a huge plus, thus why she's right next to Festa

A biiig thing with bottom tier is colour choice. Mejiro Bright can't go any higher, because mint green is just extremely hard to look good. As for Nishino Flower and Super Creek, baby pink + baby blue needs to have some stylistic eccentricity to not look very bland (see Haru Urara as a fix for this)
