For Premiere, that’s tough, but I don’t believe there’s any program that will open Premiere files natively. If you just want to focus on your latest or in-progress videos, there are ways of doing that (such exporting to DaVinci Resolve, which is what I recommend) but the export is done in Premiere.

I’ll also just mention that it’s a little hard to connect the image to the book title (that’s not to say you can’t use that or something like it). For this reason I’d probably off-center the art, but also, maybe consider zooming in to really capture the paint bloom, pen strokes, texture, etc?

It’s definitely heading in the right direction (I love the visual of the hair flowing onto the back)! However, even with the outline I think it would be a good idea to have more space around the text to let it breath a little (the other book covers you posted before are a good reference for this).

I’m kinda torn. I love the concept, and I could very easily see this working well as a book cover, but my immediate impression is that it doesn’t quite capture my attention, and I wouldn’t recognize it as one of your pieces straightaway if I saw it on a bookstore shelf. Designing covers is tough!
