The gun should have never come out at all. First rule of gun safety is never even AIM a gun, let alone fire, unless you intend to kill. That means even in the general direction of anyone. This isn't a James Bond movie. People have a chance of dying any time a gun is involved regardless of intent.

Law enforcement is routinely breaking the law and violating the rights of citizens, there is mounting daily video evidence of their crimes, and the 7th circuit decides its not for the court to concern itself with such criminal activity.
