For streaming 1080p at GalaCon I set the streamkey to 1440p, but let OBS stream in 1080p. That was enough to trigger Yotube into delivering the stream with a higher bitrate in 1440p

I exported and upscaled it with Davinci Resolve - pretty basic, did not tinkered around with it.
I read online that the Resolve's Upscaling is not the best, but it was good enough for me.
Some people suggest to export and upload to YouTube in DNxHR, but eh

funfact: Its 1080p upscaled ^^ Youtube totally butchers FullHD, so I upscaled the high quality 1080p recording to 4k in post, forcing youtube to deliver the content with an higher bitrate.
