Hopefully power query in Excel will get a copilot feature soon and then that’s an excuse to let a everyone know about it

It’s actually bordering on negligence by the Microsoft marketing team.

I think power query is vastly under announced

Yep would be a nice change if simple to implement.

As you mention there's some fairly simple workarounds and what with TEXTAFTER, REGEXTRACT there's less and less need for the MID solution.
