Take a look at Outgunned, it’s from the point of view of an imperial propagandist who gets to close for their own good to what actual gr darkness looks like.
Also any of Mike Brooks’s Ork books. I have a hard time reading that much orkspeak but the audio books are fun as hell.

She's a throwback pop punk act. Sonically, what if Paramore came out in the late 90s instead of the 'aughts and you'd get the vibe.

He lives the next town over and he supports a lot of our local art and community events, and headlines our little lit con every year so it's funded on tickets to see his panel so I'm a little defensive about him.
But even without that bias I think it's really fucked up how people talk about him.

I had a psych professor who I think hated him for personal reasons and leveraged that into hating his (possibly fraudulent) academic work years before public opinion turned on him. This gave me a wild leg up.
