Ill sketch something thatll vizualize what i said so its easier to understand when i get back on the pc

After i used free transform to make the image face the same direction as the belly, i then used a combo of the pinch liqyify for parts of the tattoo that went of the edge, made parts that are closest to us bigger, and for over tweaks i used the push liquify.
