I find it sadly hilarious how, for the longest time since it came into existence, people discounted references to Wikipedia entries, because "they can be edited by anyone", yet now, Wikipedia is more reliable a source of information than ChatGPT... yet ChatGPT is trusted more, now, than Wikipedia...

So, starting yesterday, Indiana officially bans use of Food Stamps (SNAP) for the buying of candy, sweets, and sweetened drinks like soda and energy drinks. Frankly, I find this pointless, since statistics don't support the ban, as not a whole lot of people on SNAP actually buy such things.

Did everything I could to try and get my insurance to retroactively pay for the sleep study, and get me a refund, but at this point, in spite of that, I doubt it'll happen; it's been paid, test done, sent back, and they sent my doc the results, so there's really nothing that can be done, I guess...

Got a bit lazy-creative and helped a commissionee with a project they wanted me to make, mainly a KM model of Mathias, one of the Brotherhood of Guardians from pre-reboot Archcie Sonic. Used a new head, and I hope things go well with it...

Fucking hell... I was told that my insurance was cleared to cover my sleep study, but now it turns out they're not even in the same network, and I got strongarmed by a con into paying for it out of pocket, and now I can't get a hold of anyone to try and fix this... Fuck my life...

Inkbunny is going on a nuking spree against 3D artwork, and after all of this, I now realize why more normal-headed people are more forgiving of 3D edits than they are of AI slop; 3D assets are usually made with the EXPRESS INTENT to be shared, used, and edited within limits by people, not 2D art.

I really want to try and get a local campaign of Ironclaw going, but I don't have any real IRL friends, and I'm too timid to ask the people that patron the game stores we go to, for fear they'd harass me for trying to start something furry-related in their midst.

So... what happened to all of the stage/street magicians of the past? I know the profession has been on the decline since the Montecore incident with Siegfried and Roy, over a decade ago, but like, Penn and Teller still do "Fool Us" on TV, yes? There's still magicians out there, but where are they?
