20 years ago, when Bush43 was reelected, I wrote and performed this song as a scathing critique of the Bush regime and the so-called "war on terror". Been thinking about this a lot lately. The Bush years now seem quaint? Maybe it's time to write another. Maybe none of it matters at all.

20 years ago, when Bush43 was reelected, I wrote and performed this song as a scathing critique of the Bush regime and the so-called "war on terror". Been thinking about this a lot lately. The Bush years now seem quaint? Maybe it's time to write another. Maybe none of it matters at all.
It's been almost 2 weeks since the election. I've made great efforts to avoid the man's face and voice. I know I can't go on 4 years like this, but for now it's my defense mechanism. Distracting myself with NFL and true crime documentaries until I'm ready to get back out there.

First post here. After deleting my twitter account and starting a new one three times, I'm finally done with that cesspool. Gonna see if I can avoid politics for a while, but if not, at least I hope to be able to get better info here than over there. Nothing but blue skies from now on.
