Sometimes when a snowstorm catches you unawares, you have to cuddle to stay warm~

Two wyverns spoon on a snow-covered background, iluminated by blue-green light. Larger wyvern is blue with cyan wings and light grey underbelly, smaller wyvern is purple/blue on the right side and green on the left. Story: Fangjvir and Fellrjor huddled up against a rocky cliff face that was just barely too short to block the wind's chill. They had been flying back to the tribal cave when the storm had caught them unawares, roaring down out of the mountains like a flock of angry dragons. Though it wasn't much, it was far better than trying to continue, as the gale-borne ice could easily make them too heavy to fly in a matter of minutes. Fangjvir noticed the littler wyvern was beginning to shiver uncontrollably, so he wrapped his wings around their slight form and hugged them tightly to his chest. Fellrjor gave a grateful rawr and snuggled into Fangjvir's fur, nuzzling his snout. There they waited gazing up at the storm raging overhead until at last it had blown on and the light from the Rings was visible once more. "Do you think we should head back?" Fellrjor asked anxiously. "The others are probably very worried." Fangjvir shook his head. "The cave would have been sealed for a storm like that; we will have to wait until morning. Besides, isn't it beautiful out here?" He asked with a grin, opening is wings slightly to allow Fellrjor to look out. All around them was carpeted with fresh snow. The light from the Rings bathed the landscape in a blue-green hue as it shone through the lingering clouds. Large white snowflakes continued to fall, but there was a peacefulness to them - nothing like the blinding blizzard from before. "You're right." Said Fellrjor blissfully, snuggling closer to Fangjvir and twining their tail around theirs. "We should stay here a while longer~". Though the air was still freezing, Fangjvir's large wings protected them from it's bite while retaining their shared warmth. Eventually they fell asleep, spooning together in the soft snow.

Omg, I've finally finished it. This painting has really been driving me crazy. I've often been dissatisfied with the coloring. The water, in particular, didn't quite work out this time. But Laertes is finally finished.
