I'm still under level 60 sailing, so i don't think I'm really going to notice any of these changes.
I did salvaging till 50 and then chatted seas for the rest of the xp I've gotten. And only did like 5 cargo runs.
So i don't feel like i have a say on thing.
And i don't care about xp/hr.
