For some reason OHIP doesn't cover the antibodies test, despite it being necessary, especially for a Graves diagnosis. Happy the other ones are covered but wtf?

It shutdown many years ago, after almost daily protests, and last time I went by the building it had become a music school. Honestly can't think of a better outcome.

After going back on Concerta for a few days, needed something, saw my GP and he's trying me on Vyvanse. Starting today. Have heard it can help with irritability so fingers crossed it'll make things bearable until I can change shit.

Yesterday was day 4 on Atomoxetine. Tried to go for a walk, had to come back due to anxiety/panic feelings. I've struggled with agoraphobia for years, but this is the worst it's been in awhile. So yeah not the drug for me.

Yes I recognize it's a secondary emotion and addressing the root cause is the way to go but that's not really doable atm.

I tend to self isolate when my mental health gets bad due to fear of burning bridges by being too much. Doesn't work and the number of people I felt comfortable expressing even half this stuff to in person has gotten very low. So this is kind of my screaming into the void.
