Maybe but the strongman facade of Trump is just that. he will give Ukraine to Putin. Putin won't stop in Ukraine he will precede to menace the region. Supporting Ukraine was the best action to prevent more global destabilization by other players like China and North Korea.

It really won't. Trump is the prime symptom but not the cause. The bigotry, misogyny and fear of the other has always been there. Trump just gives permission to openly to embrace it. Those misguided "persons" are being used by the billionaires oligarchs and right wing power hungry extremists.

I don't want bloodshed but I'm afraid things may get to that and that plays in Trump's plans but may facilitate real progressive change.
