If you're going to press me on it, I think by that point of the season, given everything that's happened to them, you're right it's a much less likely stumbling block than in recent seasons! But just for the 'it's a tricky ground and team' vibes still.

Here's what I would say about some of that: Liverpool sacrificed their entire attack to get a 0-0 draw against us, not fair to say we didn't attempt to win. Forest hung on desperately and celebrated like they won the league and survived a clear penalty claim. But we suffer from massive nerves 1-0 up

Weird to post that after we've drawn Liverpool, Forest and Brentford and lost to United already in 2026. But let's see City get tested too, hopefully by Newcastle.

I'm looking at Chelsea, Bournemouth, Villa and Everton as City's most likely points dropped (apart from the Arsenal game). For Arsenal, it's Brighton and Palace, but at this point we look fragile enough to drop any time.

How on earth does arbitrary tariff levying power arise from a supposed national emergency here? What’s the emergency that grants 100% subjective decisions like this?

Tariffs, expulsion of workers, defunding academic research across the board are all anti-growth, anti-economy measures and are at the core of the Trump policy position.

I do want to shout-out my fellow sociologists, who have collectively created a discipline so woke that not a single one of our introductory textbooks can make it past Florida's censors.
Great work everyone.

Their solutions are always looking to find more work or more money from the poor and working classes. Why not look elsewhere for repositories of wealth in the nation? Where else can we find cash to solve our debt issues?
