Laws are usually so hard to pass in Congress. Could someone explain to me how laws passed by Congress and signed by a president can be unilaterally removed by an EO?

But, the means and target are different. One is oligarchical ( mass control ) while the other is corporatism ( business rule control). Not quite the same at all but still detrimental to the common people.
