If Elon decommissions the Dragon, the US has to pay Russia around $80 million per seat for our astronauts since we decommissioned our space shuttles and instead relied on private contractor space x.
So basically we’ll be paying Russia hundreds of millions and I’m pretty sure Trumps ok with that.
