I finally got my new Irish passport today after a nightmare involving ICE damaging my old one. I’m grateful it worked out, but I can’t ignore the fact that my race likely protected me. That realization is heavy.

The math matters. You don’t get a conviction without support across the country, including red states. If we want accountability, we have to actually talk to people, not just yell online.

Every time I make the mistake of engaging on those pages, I’m reminded how broken Facebook’s incentives really are.

This is infuriating. He treats it like it’s just a building, but the Kennedy Center is the artists, the musicians, the crews, the ensembles who depend on it. You can’t just shut that down without destroying livelihoods.

It’s exhausting watching this get recycled again and again. The science has been settled, but the misinformation just keeps coming.

The thing that sticks with me is how normal this danger has become. When abandoned cars and armed presence don’t even surprise people anymore, that’s a real warning sign.

It really feels like they’re laying the groundwork already. When you start crying “rigged” before anything even happens, it’s hard not to see it as preemptive damage control.

Funny thing is, they’re not out there pleading for a Nobel or trying to get some organization to create a custom award for them.
