mom's back from the doctor; haven't gotten all the details from her yet (she fell asleep and I'm not gonna argue) but what info I have makes me think her doctor thinks it's a muscle issue bc she's been prescribed relaxants and got an injection that seems to have helped. Got her to eat an eggo.

The amount of validation I felt when my med provider was like "[mom's doctor] is good, but [the practice he works at, which my father died with and which I nearly died with] is kind of a mess" yesterday cannot be overstated.

okay, finished up Siren Isle's mog. I gotta pick up all the pistol shot glyphs on my lock at some point, but that seems like a job for another day when I can bring myself to care about professions again (which may be never, given how I've felt about them since the DF revamp). mom's out of the good pain meds, I think. Her doctor prescribed some more, but walmart won't deliver them and she's in too much pain without them to drive over there and pick them up. Not sure what to do about this, it feels like my problem since I'm in marginally less pain than she is right now...

spent some time after raid building a waterfall in my house on beta, I've spent 20k or so on house+housestuff so far which is really gonna cut into the "next mount I can't afford to miss" fund when it goes live. I'm proud of my waterfall tho, wish there was better lighting so I could show it off lol

chopped up the veggies to make chicken noodle soup, I think I'll defrost my chicken this time and see if that helps with the dryness, but that does mean going back downstairs and pulling them out of the freezer before I can actually make the soup
