3D is wildly successful... All the biggest movies are in stereo, and have been for more than 15 years now. Some people don't like it, but to suggest it isn't popular is not accurate

It's so telling that they only talk about the financial risks/rewards and never about how devastating it is to environments, municipal water supplies, and how it adversely impacts marginalized communities. At this point, they are either apathetic or ignorant about that, and neither case is good.

In the end it was a self-fulfilling prophecy of sorts, because now those versions are out of print and they look amazing on modern displays and VR... such a shame Disney has almost entirely stopped making 3D Blu-rays for newer films 😢

Truly baffling omission. The ps5 can't even play 3D Blu-rays at all, which the PS3 and PS4 could, so they need to add that feature in the first place too
