If I can itch my brain with my tumblr feed I’m deleting everything but insta (soon Pixelfed) and tumblr I’m so tired of seeing everything

I think it’s important to remember that there is a difference between caring about something (emotion/panic) and caring about something (consideration/action) and when I say that we all need to care more I’m talking about the second one. The emotions will come; we need to think and act too.

Just learned my PICA cravings are simply an instinct we never lost. We used to need to eat chalky foods to get rid of parasites and digest hard foods. Now I can’t stop craving chalky foods. Not corn starch that makes me cringe to think of the crunch.
