You have not really been paying attention then. I suppose when you are a washed up science YouTuber you have to insult other peoples perception of whats going on to seem relevant.

I've been on a high protien kick with a calorie deficit for over a year doing a 36 hour fast schedule and caffeine is a must for me. I do drink my coffee black though 😎
