P.S. Someone has made a modified Wii emulator to allow a mouse and keyboard or a Halo-esque control scheme with Metroid Prime Trilogy. If you're able to find a copy of Metroid Prime Trilogy it's worth trying the game with mouse controls.

Even if Free Aim is introduced, like it was in Metroid Prime Trilogy, it doesn't change the original level design or combat scenarios. Unless lock-on is removed, and the beams and rockets are no longer projectiles, Mouse controls shouldn't break the games design if it's done with those restrictions.

This may completely change how I view the camera in the game I'm making. I just never considered looking at the camera like this.

The only thing I'm curious about now is what specifically caused their file size to balloon as it did.
