Herewith I'd share a paper that reports a synthesis of old data from 8-yr's canopy gas exchange measurements on wheat in response to heat and drought (onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/...).

Good to see this nice Reflection of the vC&F paper! It starts with "Modern gas exchange is often attributed to the work of Gaastra (1959) who made first measurements...".
