lustrate has uses that go beyond "emergencies," e.g.:
- tank autos where the tank is too high to pop excog
- topping someone that's at ~80% before a big raidwide (and soil is already placed), especially if there's an active bleed

spending a GCD in these scenarios is a much bigger damage loss

- this means that it is still OK to recitation spreadlo off a tank that's taking minor auto damage because catalyze (the crit component) takes damage before galvanize (the non-crit component that gets spread)

hey, i've got a couple more suggestions that weren't brought up on reddit:
- lucid dreaming restores 550 MP per 3s for a total of 3850; the tick is aligned with the natural MP tick in the overworld but separate in instances (ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/Lucid_D...)
