An exhausted obese Simba struggling to get dressed, his a-shirt looking more like a crop-top that's struggling to contain his moobs, let alone his big soft belly. He is having trouble getting his shorts over his rump, this whole dressing process tuckering him out. He's trying to say "Hakuna Matata" but gives up half way, too winded.
