having an issue with CSS and scroll-margin properties that I cant figure out how to fix ... testing things on a local server (NOT in production in other words) using Astro ... between Brave and Librewolf/Floorp (FIrefox forks) the link when clicked to go to the anchor ... appears DIFFERENT everytime

sorry for my website(s) being broken ... i really should update that with a message about how i am completely redoing things (the LinuxHQ side for now) with Astro and I am getting things dialed in ... the goal is to change that to say "homepage_old" or something and make the Astro redo my main page

The new bill passed by the house will include a new yearly Fed EV Fee of $200.00 on top of any State fees charged.
This the equivalent of Federal Gas Tax (18 cents/gal) on over 1300 gallons of gas -- more than double the national average annual use.
I don't want to pay for tax cuts for the rich.
