One of the reasons I like tv and film (film primarily) is I see the actors and actresses and know them from something I've seen before.

I'm really good with faces but not names.

It's like visual trivia.

I can see a face and know I have seen it before somewhere.

My guess from memory is there is some form of it bc I remember learning about regenerative braking and it sounded like the electric version of a Jake. The mechanics are not the same, obviously, but the results seemed similar.

One of the things I have wondered about with these electric cars is do they have engine braking? Bc a one or two speed transmission with the same size brakes does not sound appealing in a car that is 5-800 pounds heavier on average.

You can make them hybrid, I guess, and make the fuel tanks much smaller, then run sustainable fuels. That would still run like what was up until recently, a traditional race, nothing would really change for the viewer, but you would meet all your environmental goals.

At least that's my thought.

Most of that is actually tv production as the cars sound good when I watch other videos not from the broadcast. Never really understood why that hasn't been fixed. The V6s have been around for a while at this point.

Even though I hate this current ruleset, I will credit the FIA for F1 having a closer field than I can remember. It doesn't seem like it bc most of the same people win the races, but the lap times have a +/- I don't recall ever being so consistent from top to bottom.
