How do we feel about senior members of the radiology team spending time in theatre leaving junior members in the dept? Ofc, juniors need exposure to develop their skills in leadership/problem solving, but is that senior presence missed when in theatre?

Current frustration with wards phoning up radiology: “calling from ward x, chasing XRs for some patients” “ok, what are their names?” “Umm, let me check…”
Maybe check these minor details before ringing?! Common sense? 🤦‍♂️ #radiographer #radiology
