Yes!!! English teachers are so much better now. They’re much more focused on kids being interested in reading. Much more in tune with the kids. I’m a bit jealous of them but more happy.

Exactly. Not that I want anyone to have an addiction but from the standpoint of it giving them an escape from the hell they’re in, I sometimes hope they’re on something. And don’t begrudge them if they are.

Honestly? I made so much fun of this guy but damnit. He was and is right. Now when I say “the rent is too damn high”(which is a lot) I immediately think of him.

I remember about 20 years ago I met a man who was begging for money. We were talking and he told me that he actually had an apartment but all his money went to rent. Apartment wasn’t even that nice but even then it was too much $. 10x worse now.

Years ago it might’ve been. But not now. Last 5 years homelessness has skyrocketed in my city. It’s the affordability. Rent is too damn high. Jobs are very hard to get. There’s just no way that most of them are on drugs.

They had to be in on it. Because they’re not traumatized and still fully support sleepy don. I’m Canadian. I wasn’t there. And it scared tf out of ME!!! How could you not be freaked out??

As a Canadian yes!! I don’t understand how any republican that was there that day can support trump. There was a damn noose outside for pence!! The only way I can see them not turning on him is if they were in on it and knew they were safe. Terrifying to watch from here.
