Some of my big life-altering changes this year:
- switched from oral pills to injectables and changed my meds around for the first time in 10 years
- started ADHD meds
- got a weed card and don't have to buy uncontrolled, unknown weed off the street anymore!

Wow it's like such a relief to not have to worry about it, and I'm so happy with a new hairstyle, and an "intentional" hairstyle, and just something different after a long time !

My shoulder has always felt strange it was bc it was FULL of these super hard knots. I've been working them out over the past week or so, and still working on it.
It hurts but in an amazingly good way
