You can do any kind of cheese really with whatever. I like goat cheese or blue cheese with bits of fruit or jam too.

Oh I also painted the tops with garlic olive oil before baking because I had some.

Literally just buy premade crescent rolls or whatever other similar savory pastry and prepare them as instructed EXCEPT before you roll them up, just rip up cheese and meat or whatever you’re putting in there and place it in there and THEN roll up and bake. You don’t need much or they fall apart.
