While I can see something to that, obviously this is much too simple. I don’t think this boils down to 1992 any more than it boils down to any other date. There was just so much in between.

This article omits the fact that Halligan still hasn’t been confirmed as a U.S. Attorney as required by law for her to assume the position of U.S. Attorney.

More than likely the Nuclear industry is going to raise radioactive public dose limits from 100 mrem/yr to 500 mrem/yr in February following EO14300. No change in data used to establish associated risk factors scientifically, just upping the dose. Likely find out in February.
