This year, I have been playing really well in the sim, came down to Florida and played like shit. If I hit a good drive, I fucked up the approach; hit a good approach, fucked up the putt. More bad breaks, water balls, ‘if only that ball sat down’ and 3 putts.

I totally get it. But then I think about how many times I’ve gotten an email from a course I played 7 years ago and get to look at my wife and say ‘hey, remember [] in [] that I played when we were there for []? They’re punching their greens next week.’ And she wonders why we’re married. Worth it.

65% of my email traffic is emails exactly like that. Course updates, would you like to be a member, random events. I almost never unsubscribe and I have no idea why.
