Nice advice, with the exception of "bald with a beard." That may work on a white guy, but many East Asians f ex can't grow full beards, while sporting luxuriant head hair. Meanwhile, I fear he is going down the incel rabbit hole, and fast. He needs an interventionist combo therapist/daily coach!
