Why The Hague can’t prosecute Trump
1. The United States is not a member of the ICC
• The ICC only has automatic jurisdiction over countries that ratified the Rome Statute.
• The U.S. never ratified it.
• Therefore, U.S. citizens including presidents are not normally subject to ICC prosecution.

they could do what they usually do is blame it on the victims. Because they were in a boat. Obviously in the Caribbean that is a deadly offense.
