US food is more than just hot dogs and burgers. While other countries are bickering over how to "properly" make a true pierogi, we're out here teaming up, covering pierogis with kimchi and stuffing them with tikka masala. The variety and diversity is unrivaled.

Same thing with our beer culture. So many uninformed trash takes. "You see to be a TRUE Belgian ale, you have to brew it blah blah..." I don't think it's unfair at all. Like you said, cw/tw allow you to dial UP the intensity. You can get much more visceral if you want to because you've prepared the audience. Pretty much every time I've hit this wall with people, they just didn't like the term "trigger warning" and didn't get it.

At what age do you think it's appropriate for a kid to see this? "Kids" is a pretty broad definition.
