Today #swimming was to correct the technique of crawl and butterfly

200 warm up
200 crawl with table 25 with each arm.
150 without the table, 25 with each arm.
2 x 50: 25 butterfly wave, 25 crawl
3 x 50: 25 butterfly, 25 crawl
200 relax

Total: 1000 m/h
