There absolutely are problems and issues with social media, but a ban isn't the answer to those problems.
- from someone who was bullied out of high school, and never really fit in any where, which led to years of isolation and severe mental illness. All before social media was even a thing.

I have more thoughts and feelings, but overall, its not going to change anything. The government is so out of touch with anything to do with being online, and the people that will be punshied for it are the ones they say they are "protecting"

• It won't stop bullying from happening.
• You say that kids should be kids, and ignore the fact that there aren't many places for them to be kids anymore. Or it's too expensive.
• The government doesn't care about the kids who are part of marginalised groups.

Full agree. As soon as I found out what they were I banned their usage on my channel. There are also much nicer alternatives out there like the froogy emotes on Better TTV by Chonkikage.
