Pretty sure the decision not to fully comply with the mandate to release the files (not "some of the files") is illegal.

The intent here has nothing to do with the details of the procedures. It's intended to underscore the narrative that providing doctor-approved healthcare to trans kids is somehow harmful. It is a further attack on trans kids, among the most vulnerable people in the country right now.

But the reality is there is not any extra money. Despite the tariff claims, the government is running a bigger loss this year than ever before in history.
