Seit dem Anschlag in #Magdeburg am Freitagabend wurde viel über #Überfahrtaten, den Schutz von Standorten und das untypische Profil des Attentäters gesprochen. Ich gehe stattdessen auf den breiteren Kontext ein, in dem der Anschlag stattfand.

Ce changement était habituellement 1 adaptation opératoire (lors de l'attentat à Manchester par ex.) alors que maintenant c'est planifié. Ce changement force 1 repensée de l'effet de déplacement/dispersion attribué à l'implantation de mesures de sécurité dans 1 lieu précis. 2/2
