In what must have been a very emotional experience, our dear Kate Bouska made a pilgrimage to Spillville, IA, the town where the Czech composer Dvorak wrote this music (Suite in A Major 'American Suite', Op. 98, I. Andante con moto) in the summer of 1894. Recorded in St. Wenceslaus Church.
