Aka yasegumi. Conservatively progressive devil’s advocate economist, Pythonista, wannabe mathematician.
Favorite meme ¿Porque no los dos? but rarely happy with either side.
And thank you for the compliment.😊

Sure. I just think that without an actual bribe involved I can’t get upset about the foreman doing what they’re told.
I agree that from what we’ve seen so far a fraud was perpetrated on the court, and Halligan, Blanche, Bondi, and the Loaner AUSAs are in a conspiracy to obstruct and pervert justice.

Agreed. See the PS at the very end for why I wrote it that way, if you care.

And I’m saying he can’t be charged for collusion because he’s not expected to know what the rules are, and coercion is the coercer’s crime for the same reason.
It sure does seem like multiple crimes were committed by the prosecution, I’ll give you that.

PS “No rule or precedent” doesn’t mean the judge can’t or shouldn’t do the logical thing = dismiss with prejudice. It does mean that “Obviously” is not sufficiently thorough justification to prevent a bench slap from the appeals court by about 50 pages.😅

BUT
6) if she ISN’T there never was a filing, so correcting the technicality is impossible because there was no technicality in the first place.

refiled with a new GJ, BUT
4) there’s a law or rule (something like “3322”) that says the government has 6 months to refile and there’s some question as to whether that’s retroactive to the original filing date BUT
5) if it’s dismissed the “Lindsey isn’t a real AUSA” issue doesn’t get adjudicated

As far as I can tell
1) nobody has ever snafu’d like this before so there is no rule or precedent to justify dismissal
2) normally it would be dismissed “without prejudice” because the problem is a technicality and apparently no irreparable harm has been done yet
3) because of the SOL it can’t be

Jury foreman is not responsible for instruction on the law. I doubt even a practicing criminal lawyer would be held responsible for this beyond a dressing-down from any bar they’re a member of.

That’s not how this works, you know. Coins last pretty much forever, and frequently change hands multiple times in a day.
The real value problem is when the metal in them is worth as much as the currency.
The point where “saving a mint” (well played, that!) becomes a real issue comes much sooner.

Lake Kasumigaura in Japan had a resurrection like Lake Erie within my residence here (1990-now). They’re doing commercial fishing there again.

If they *could* have done it via initiative, then legislative approval is not a “necessary condition”.
Arguably that couldn’t be timely, but even then defendant could argue the legislature’s authority and motivation derive from the voters.
If you’re right we (I assume) point to legislative history.

I don’t know about the freelancers, but the best way to keep low and middle folk from getting audited is to fund the audit dept enough so they can go after billionaires.😈
November 19, 2025 at 2:57 PM
No, it will have to wait for the next administration. The auditor department is understaffed, it will stay understaffed, and actions based on AI audits will get IRS lawyers disbarred because they can’t count high enough to reach a taxable income.
If a AI flags your account that flag is forever so….
