You suppressed some of your emotions inside you for so long because you were trained to judge them as unacceptable.

Healing is allowing all emotions to come, exist, and go by themselves.

This question reveals whether you are being your authentic self or not:

”If people are not watching me, would I still enjoy the things that I'm doing?”

If the answer is NO, there is more inner work to do.
