Law, Politics, Cricket, Foreign Affairs, Business, London, East London, E17, Hackney, City, Specialist Immigration Lawyer - in no particular order. Could go on.
Staggering gulf between reality and public opinion. Once again, so important for politicians to provide leadership in this area and not just react to public opinion - which results in bad policy. Depoliticise.
We asked respondents to estimate the proportion of UK immigration in each of these categories [By giving them 100 points to split between 4 categories]

Asylum: estimate 37% (actual: 7%)
Family: estimate 17% (actual 6%)

Work: estimate 26% (actual 40%)
Study: estimate 19% (actual 38%)

Depoliticisation of immigration is so important. As @colinyeo.bsky.social says, focus on outcomes.
Some thoughts from earlier this summer on longer-term reforms I think are needed at the Home Office.

1. Focus — really focus — on outcomes: controlling entry then either removal or integration. Stop doing stuff that gets in the way of these outcomes.
