An absolute icon, I regret that I never had the chance to meet him in person

Lol great response, you got me. Enjoy your murder porn
July 27, 2025 at 11:15 PM
Yeah, I bet that's just what they'll do after seeing priests strangled with entrails
July 27, 2025 at 8:05 PM
No thanks. Like sure, fuck monarchy and religious authority and whatever but philosophies built around killing the right people to bring change aren't philosophies, just murder porn

Yes, demonstrating moral purity is sure to accomplish a meaningful change in journalism standards

Man, I'm so sorry, I appreciate your insights and am truly disappointed at the Times' standards here

I think we can all relate to seeking solutions to existential crises in wine bottles
July 3, 2025 at 9:14 PM
Yeah, I bet if you shoot someone it'll have a way better impact on your life than voting

Written in a single, rambling sentence while foaming at the mouth and overpowering a terrified aide

It would have been nice if you clarified your source. There was an interesting conversation that could have been had about what this article from The Hindu says about the war's treatment by Indian media but instead it comes off as rage bait.

Deferred action is "lawful" though not a "status"; DACA recipients don't accrue unlawful presence while their DACA is unexpired. Fair cop with the asylum applicants though, I guess they do still accrue ULP while waiting. A bit ridiculous honestly lol
June 16, 2025 at 7:13 PM
Yes, the state run Medicaid program
June 16, 2025 at 6:45 PM
The reverse actually, a work permit is always tied as a tangential benefit to some lawful status 😅

Unfortunately we've hit another setback recently but we're keeping on. Those interested can read more about it here: www.cbsnews.com/sanfrancisco...

Not wrong at all, I worked very closely with one of the policy teams behind the Health4All and Food4All campaigns. Health4All in particular was a huge success although we're currently fighting to keep it from getting cut down in this year's state budget negotiations.

Yup, they're generally able to sign up for MediCal and CalFresh as well. The point of these programs is to reduce the number of people who suffer homelessness. Being good to others does not require being cruel.
June 16, 2025 at 5:13 PM
This is not true and it's not the take. In California, for instance, undocumented people that qualify absolutely can access Medical and CalFresh and we want to expand that access because it keeps people out of poverty and supports struggling communities.
June 16, 2025 at 4:38 PM
No, this is not how it works. You get a SSN with a work permit, anyone can get an ITIN which has nothing to do with eligibility for benefits. What's more, the work permit only makes one eligible for "employment"; anyone, regardless of status, can be legally self-employed in the US
June 16, 2025 at 4:35 PM
This is good actually, regardless of whether or not LAPD does anything
June 11, 2025 at 6:42 PM
Oof, the cope
June 10, 2025 at 7:55 PM
Immigrants can't vote, dipshit
June 10, 2025 at 7:27 PM
I doubt it but okay

The first story if you go to their website rn is how Trump admin is limiting access to rental assistance. It sounds like you're upset that their reporting isn't aggressive criticism of GOP policies but that's because journalism isn't social media. Go to Twitter if you just want fighting.
